Sarah Fang graduated from SHAANXI TCM UNIVERSITY in 1991 with a Medical Bachelor Degree in both Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine including Acupuncture. After 30 years of wide ranging clinical practice, further CPD study and advanced study following several famous experts from China, she has great confidence in treating various common diseases. In particular, she worked in gynaecology and obstetrics, gastroenterology, respiratory medicine, acupuncture & moxibustion and in stroke rehabilitation. In addition, Sarah Fang was a university lecturer for 9 years in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture.
With such wide ranging clinical experience, Sarah Fang has treated patients for a wide range of health problems in Sydney since 2005. These include, but are not limited to, pain management, insomnia, depression, anxiety , high blood pressure, palpitations, ulcers, stroke recovery, asthma & hay fever, hives, shingles, eczema, gynaecological disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, weight management and smoking cessation. Since 2020, Sarah has studied the shared clinical experience from China on how to deal with COVID-19 patients with Chinese Medicine.
In addition to her MB Degree, Sarah Fang has obtained advanced certification in acupuncture at the China TCM Academy in Beijing, and holds a Senior First Aid Certificate with St John Ambulance.
